Refund Policy
At Adina Aesthetic, we value your time and commitment. To ensure the smooth running of our schedule and fairness to all clients, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Appointment Fees Are Non-Refundable
Once a booking is scheduled and the appointment fee is paid, the fee is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Failure to provide sufficient notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your appointment fee.
3. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment if we receive notice at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a new booking fee.
4. Treatment Satisfaction
While we strive for the highest levels of client satisfaction, treatment outcomes can vary from person to person. Refunds are not issued for completed treatments based on dissatisfaction with results, as this is not considered grounds for reimbursement.
5. Exceptions
In rare cases of a genuine medical emergency or clinic error, management may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a credit or rescheduling without an additional fee.
